Angelino Plums

Angelino is a the last plum of the season, ripening in late October.  This plum has a sweet, mild flavor and a firm texture.  Like most plums, it becomes juicier and more flavorful when ripened at room temperature for a day or two.  It is freestone with light colored flesh.
